L’Altrella is the Principle of L’Altrella Lending Group, LLC
and is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). A
self-starter and self-learner, L’Altrella has been in the
mortgage and loan industry for over 11 years and is passionate
about what she does.
L’Altrella believes in continuing education, not only for
herself, but also for the rest of her 9 person staff. “It’s
critical for us to keep our finger on the pulse of the national
trends and understand how this influences the financial, loan,
and real estate markets on a local level,” explains L’Altrella.
“I feel that it’s important for all us at LLG to have inside
knowledge of where the industry is headed, so that we can
interpret the facts with a local financial forecast for our
clients here in Connecticut.”
L’Altrella’s work style is one based on personal relationships
and patience, taking the time to thoroughly work through
financial options and products with her clients so that they
understand what financial tools will work best for them on an
individual basis. She studies the market data and then tailors
specific mortgage and financial plans according to the needs of
each client. L’Altrella finds that it is through her due
diligence that she and her clients can realize their long term
financial dreams, whether it is to purchase a new home,
refinance, avoid foreclosure, pay for an education, or land that
second dream home in Florida.
L’Altrella became a certified mortgage planning specialist over
5 years ago. Only 1% of all mortgage professionals in the U.S.
hold the title of CMPS like L’Altrella does, making it a
prestigious license within the industry. The CMPS program
emphasizes the true value of a mortgage as a financial
instrument, as opposed to the outdated notion of selling a
mortgage package as a commodity. Certified mortgage planning
specialists are different from typical brokers because they
actually advise their clients on financial planning issues and
counsel on how to erase debt, repair credit and reach financial
stability. |

Daniel L’Altrella is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). Only 1% of all mortgage professionals in the U.S. hold the title of CMPS, making it a prestigious license within the industry. L’Altrella works with clients to secure a mortgage that works as a long term financial tool for them. The CMPS program emphasizes the true value of a mortgage as a financial instrument, as opposed to the outdated notion of selling a mortgage package as a commodity. Certified mortgage planning specialists are different from typical brokers because they actually advise their clients on financial planning issues and counsel on how to erase debt, repair credit and reach financial stability. As a CMPS, L’Altrella studies and analyzes the most current data within the national and local markets to determine the best options for each individual client. He then tailors very specific mortgage and financial plans. L’Altrella assists his clients in realizing their goals, whether it is to create a nest egg, save for retirement, or pay for an education.
“It’s not all about rates; it’s about knowledge, service and what your mortgage does for you as a whole” says L’Altrella.
Clients Ryan and Sarah Zayas say, “Dealing with L’Altrella Lending Group was a wonderful experience. Being a first time home buyer, we didn’t know what to expect. Dan took care of everything and made this a worry free transaction and we couldn’t ask for a better conclusion.”
“My son Daniel has always been a people person, so this field is perfect for him,” says Principle Annie L’Altrella. “He enjoys getting people the best deal out there, while helping them to understand the whole process of purchasing or refinancing their home. He takes his time with each client, because most people don’t give their clients the proper time they deserve. He enjoys helping people to realize their dreams and improve the quality of their life.”
L’Altrella graduated from Southern Connecticut State University where he majored in business, marketing and finance. L’Altrella has strong family values and enjoys spending free time with family and friends. He is also a member of the Valley Chamber of Commerce, Bridgeport Regional Business Counsel, Business Networking International, and Chair of the Young Professionals Group in Shelton. |

Eileen Prezioso has a background in accounting, and became a loan officer five years ago before joining L’Altrella Lending Group when they opened their doors this past year.
“Eileen specializes in problem cases. She takes clients under her wing and really holds their hand and guides them through the process,” says Principle Annie L’Altrella. Eileen shows her clients the way to maximize their purchase with the least cost to them, such as buying or refinancing second homes, and investment properties with a minimum down payment, or purchasing a home with 100% financing. She also offers credit repair and specializes in saving clients from foreclosures. “It’s important for our clients to have someone they can really trust, like Eileen. When people go through financial troubles, and they need some guidance, support, and due diligence – Eileen goes the extra mile to help them realize their dreams,” says L’Altrella. “I think she deserves some recognition for all that she does for others and that’s why we wanted to highlight her in our community. Eileen is organized and methodical. She’ll help you to find an attorney, a financial advisor, an accountant, whatever is necessary for your financial well-being.”
“I was raised in a family owned business. My dad owned and operated Bridgeport Pipe Engineering Company for over 48 years. He taught me that you have to give it your all. If you truly care about your clients and their needs, then you will be a successful, trusted business person who can really make a difference. We all have a skill that we can share with others if we put our heart into it,” says Prezioso.
